Ingalls & Co. | Creative Spaces
The Next Chapter in Cleveland's Industrial History
Ingalls & Co. | Creative Spaces will transform Cleveland from
an emerging and rapidly growing peripheral market into a nationally
recognized production hub by providing large-scale, industry
standard sound stages, production offices, and more just
15 minutes from Downtown Cleveland!
Our Campus is
being developed on a 4.32 acre property, allowing for
8 full-size stages to be built before expansion requires
additional land. Each sound stage will be a custom-built steel
framed 15,000 square-foot structure, modeled after those of
Universal Studios Los Angeles and Cinespace Studios Chicago. The
exact specifications will be larger than 65% of either's
offerings, allowing us to accommodate all but the most excessively
large productions.
We will also offer production office
space to be used by producers, directors, and other members of film
crew in managing the business-side of filmmaking.
Our
Preferred Vendors Network will ensure that productions using our
facilities will work with only the very best companies that
Cleveland has to offer. And our very own Prop & Production Design
Warehouse will provide each film's art department with a vast array
of objects and materials for use.

Our Story
Our executive team grew up in and around Cleveland, meeting at St
Ignatius High School, where their shared love of filmmaking grew
into a lifelong friendship.
After working apart in the
media and film industries of Chicago and Los Angeles, they returned
home to break into a new chapter of Cleveland's industrial history:
the rise of the Cleveland film industry.
The Story of Our Stages
Initially intending to provide small to medium scale stages for
local productions, our ambitions quickly grew as new resources and
opportunities came about.
We are now modeling our stages
after those of Universal Studios Los Angeles and Cinespace Studios
Chicago. The exact specifications will be larger than 65% of
either’s offerings, allowing us to accommodate all but the most
excessively large productions.
